The new rules after analysing the problems :
Before some days students were not doing thier business and not earning money. So sir notice this problem and he make the rule of students are compulsory to do their business. And after making this rule mostly students were doing their business of bhel-puri. Now the problem was coming that mostly the students were doing the business of bhel-puri. And now the sir made the rule of if anyone will opening the shop of bhel-puri so so they have to pay the double rent for the space where they want to open their shop.
